Requirements to Qualify



To qualify for the HUBZone program, a business must:
  • Be a small business (by SBA standards)
  • Be owned and controlled only by U.S. Citizens
  • Have its principal office located in a HUBZone
  • Have at least 35% of its employees reside in a HUBZone
