PACAF has command acquisition responsibilities for contracting programs within PACAF, which also covers Guam and Alaska. This includes local purchase supply support, base level contractual services, and maintenance/repair/minor new work construction projects for the following bases:

The mission of the 11th Contracting Squadron is to provide contracting support for supplies and services necessary to the operation of approximately 300 requiring activities in the National Capital Region. The 11th Contracting Squadron (11CONS/LGCB) provides support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, HQ 11th Wing and other AF agencies within the National Capital Region. The 11 CONS operational contracting functions are responsible for purchasing base supplies, services, construction and specialized services for IT and studies and analysis.

Contracting responsibility for support of a command's mission generally is assigned to a particular base or bases within the command.
