Executive Order 12928 provides information on Promoting Procurement with SDB/HBCU/MI.

The Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) has Minority Business Development Centers (MBDCs) throughout the country in addition to the SBA's Minority Enterprise Development (MED).

There are various Organizations for Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Additionally, the Small Business Administration, Department of Interior, and Department of Commerce offer management and technical assistance to SBDs.
